What's the most important tool you can own?

There are so many tools you know about now.  You can create amazing flipcharts to engage your students -- and this is before we even get to the "Tricking out your flipchart" session!  But, the *most important tool* you have is knowing where to go for help.  Where will you go for resources and help?
